Regista Advisory was founded by Jamey Amrine, whose career has explored how organizations create, adapt, and endure across engineering, technology, entrepreneurship, alternative energy, nonprofit leadership, and sport.
Across those environments, a consistent question emerged: why do some organizations develop the capacity to adapt, grow, and endure while others remain dependent on individual effort and short-term solutions?
That question has shaped nearly three decades of work within organizations, where Jamey has navigated complexity, built systems, and helped turn ideas into lasting practice.
This perspective has been shaped through Jamey's role as Club Director and Board Chair of AFC Ann Arbor, a community-based soccer organization he has supported through periods of growth and transition. It has also been informed by work with emerging businesses, technical organizations, and community initiatives where success depended not only on strategy, but on building the structures and capabilities needed to sustain it.
